The pheromone lure, by PCP as seen in the picture, can be used with the 'Original velutina trap' to attract male Asian hornets.

The Asian hornet Vespa velutina are attracted to the rubber lure by the pheromone where they can then be captured  in a trap where the lure is placed. Ideally used to disrupt the breeding cycle and reduce the number Vespa velutina.

What is the Vespa velutina Sex Pheromone Lure? 
It is a rubber septa dispenser containing the species-specific sex pheromone released by the virgin Vespa velutina gynes (reproductive females).
